SHIPPING

So How Does Our Shipping Work?

We offer nationwide tracked shipping all over South Africa and deliver directly to your door.

Our shipping process is as follows:

1. Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received. We will then start processing your order.

2. Processing

Processing your order takes between 2 - 4 business days. This is where we will get your order ready for shipment. Once your order has been packaged, it will then be shipped out to you.

3. Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via email to keep up to date with your orders progress. You can enter your tracking number here to see where it is.

We use The Courier Guy when delivering your parcel. 

Please allow 12 hours for your tracking number to activate and show movement.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to arrange for cancellation or rerouting of your order.

Shipping is estimated to take between 4 - 10 business days.

4. Delivery

You can follow when your order is ready for delivery by checking the detailed information about delivery times and dates by referring to the tracking number you received via email.

Please note that you have 7 days to return an item if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Also note that you will have to cover all shipping fees associated with returning the item. Final approval of a return is solely up to the discretion of Paperang Company.
